Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A. is looking for a Project Manager for our Biomethane Business Unit at the Trissino (VI) location.

As a Project Manager, the main activities will be:

• Planning project milestones and managing adherence to priorities in accordance with the required Lead Time (LT);
• Coordinating the multidisciplinary project team;
• Coordinating construction site activities, from site inspection to work execution;
• Ensuring the correct flow of information internally (Division Manager, production structure, technicians, and sales) and externally (client, suppliers, etc.) and their contractual terms;
• Proposing and stimulating solutions and recovery plans if there are elements that could compromise project targets;
• Managing change orders with the client in collaboration with the relevant sales representative;
• Controlling the project budget and financial flow;
• Actively contributing to the capitalization and dissemination of knowledge/experiences acquired in various projects to the organization;
• Supporting continuous improvement within the entire organization (e.g., specific cross-functional projects and/or Kaizen weeks);
• Supervising and updating the project schedule for various purchasing, engineering, and quality activities;
• Participating in alignment meetings with clients and/or suppliers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least 2-5 years in the role;
• Preferable Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field - chemical, mechanical, or management engineering;
• Fluent knowledge of the English language;
• Interpersonal relationship skills with both colleagues and clients;
• Negotiation skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Willingness to travel.
