They are looking for a Project Manager to lead their project management team and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Key responsibilities: • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines. • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders. • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed. • Analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results. About the role: This is a full-time remote position, open only to candidates based in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marketing or creative industries. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
