The Role You’ll own end-to-end delivery of commercial builds - programme, budget, people, safety, quality, and client relationships. You’ll be expected to think ahead, lead decisively, and deliver projects that perform commercially and reputationally.
This is about:

• Running projects on time, on budget, with a zero-harm mindset
• Leading Site Managers, QSs, and project teams with clarity
• Managing subcontractors and stakeholders without friction
• Owning forecasting, reporting, and commercial outcomes
• Mentoring others and lifting overall project performance

Who This SuitsYou’re likely:

• A seasoned Project Manager with 7+ years’ commercial build experience
• Comfortable owning financial outcomes, not just schedules
• Strong in communication - calm, direct, and credible
• Someone who thrives in structured, well-run environments
