Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of residential construction projects , covering core civil works, finishing, and interior execution . The role requires strong planning, coordination, and control skills to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope. Key Responsibilities: • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. • Collaborate with the project team to resolve conflicts and improve overall project performance. • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, management, and other relevant parties. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. • Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with company quality standards and customer expectations.
