Project Manager - Real Estate

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready for the next step? Do you want to work with our team on the most beautiful and challenging real estate projects such as relocation, new construction, renovation or fit-out and make customers happy with their new workspace? Then we're looking for you!

What will you do?

As a Project Manager, you are the hub of the project wheel, ensuring that all involved parties are doing the right things at the right time. You work closely with the client and function as both their sparring partner and representative. Together with a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for guiding and managing the clients, suppliers, contractors, and architects. This includes setting up a project plan and guiding the design process with our internal or external architect.

You are jointly responsible for the project result and focus on the GROTIK elements: Money, Risks, Organization, Time, Information, and Quality, including safety and sustainability. The type of project varies strongly; from a 1,000 m² office renovation to large-scale renovations or the construction of a 15,000 m² laboratory. Above all, you help the client set up project goals and are the driving force behind the project.

You will be busy with a diverse task package, including:

• Project planning: You set up a detailed project plan, including effective processes and systems, and monitor progress based on performance indicators.
• Team management: You create a cohesive project team and lead it so that each team member performs optimally.
• Purchasing and delivery: You guide the purchasing process in collaboration with colleagues from Cost Management and are responsible for the actual execution and delivery.
• Communication: You are the first point of contact for all team members and represent the relationship with the client. You document and report on project progress.
