Project Manager Promotion Operations (m/f/d)

For one of our major international clients, we are looking for a Project Manager Promotion Operations (m/f/d), who will manage complex digital cashback campaigns from conception to final payout, starting immediately.

caspar company is a market and innovation leader in cooperative marketing. For over 20 years, we have been developing and implementing successful promotions for well-known brand manufacturers in the FMCG industry.

The position combines project management with careful administrative work and operational campaign execution at the interface of customer, technology, data, and payment processes.

Tasks

• You will manage digital cashback and promotion projects from briefing to final payout.
• You will translate campaign mechanics into functioning operational and technical processes together with the client.
• You will coordinate IT and platform service providers, define requirements, accompany tests, and ensure a smooth campaign launch.
• You will monitor participant numbers, budgets, deadlines, approvals, and payment processes.
• You will initiate cashback payments and coordinate special and error cases with our service providers.
• You will maintain project data and documentation, create status reports, and act as the central point of contact for our client.

In short: You ensure that a promotion idea becomes a reliably functioning end-to-end process.

Qualification

• You have several years of professional experience in project management, campaign operations, loyalty, e-commerce, or a comparable field.
• You work very meticulously, structurally, and reliably, and you maintain an overview even with parallel projects.
• You are confident in handling numbers, data, and Excel, and you notice discrepancies early.
• You can discuss technical requirements with IT service providers and systematically track problems – you do not need programming skills.
• You communicate professionally with clients and enjoy working independently and solution-oriented.
• Experience with cashback, digital promotions, loyalty, couponing, or payments is an advantage.
• You master German at a high level; good English skills are desirable.
