Project Manager, Project Development

Reporting to the Director of Project Development, the project manager will leverage their technical expertise to prepare plans and tenders in conjunction with the execution of construction works. The person will act as an intermediary during the project development process. They will be responsible for preparing tenders, negotiating contracts with clients, and validating documents to be provided to the execution team. Additionally, they must demonstrate solid communication skills and possess abilities to develop and maintain business relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare technical tenders.
• Perform bid analysis.
• Ensure a technical presence to support clients during project development.
• Validate technical documentation generated by various stakeholders before transmitting information to clients.
• Create and present competitive proposals with technical solutions that meet client needs and requirements in collaboration with the assigned project team.
• Maintain and track proposals.
• Create preliminary construction schedules for your projects.
• Coordinate activities with professionals involved on projects.
• Communicate with clients to clarify their needs.
• Participate in defining client needs and analyzing them.
• Develop and maintain a privileged contact and fluid communication with identified clients.
• Support the team leader of technologists with quality control of produced plans.
