We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate photovoltaic projects, a motivated, passionate individual interested in developing in a strategic future field! Main Responsibilities
Project Management: Taking total responsibility; creating and monitoring execution schedules, resources, and budget; identifying risks and reporting on work progress.
Site Execution: Daily coordination of mechanical and electrical installation; verifying compliance with technical plans; ensuring necessary equipment and machinery.
Subcontractor Management: Monitoring the productivity and quality of third-party teams; adjusting or replacing underperforming teams.
Logistics & Materials: Collaborating with procurement for timely material delivery; managing inventory and correct on-site storage.
Quality & Safety: Strict application of standards; participating in inspections, technical tests, trials, and commissioning.
Documentation & Client Relations: Maintaining site documents (daily/weekly reports, registers, measurements, handover file); representing the company in client relations.

Requirements
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years in project management;
Experience in the photovoltaic industry (major advantage), electrical installations, civil or industrial construction;
Experience in coordinating teams, subcontractors, and parallel site activities.

Technical Skills
Understanding of construction processes, mechanical and electrical installation for photovoltaic projects;
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and project documentation;
Knowledge of project planning, construction quality, and HSE requirements;
Advanced use of MS Office (Excel) and management software (MS Project or similar).

Personal Aptitudes
Leadership and decision-making skills under pressure;
Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills;
Ability to quickly solve problems and manage multicultural teams;
Responsible attitude and availability for travel and on-site work.
