In the context of enhancing its own structure, it has entrusted us with finding: PROJECT MANAGER - URBANISTIC DEVELOPMENT REAL ESTATE PROJECT The project north of Milan provides for the realization of seven medium-sized surfaces, a public park, a community center, and other facilities. The project involves the development of a new urban area with a total surface area of approximately 120,000 square meters. The client is looking for a professional who can manage the entire project from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects are properly coordinated and executed. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly those related to real estate development and construction. He or she should be able to work effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
