BD Lemntech Group is a Romanian integrated manufacturer of point-of-sale advertising materials (POSM), retail displays, commercial furniture, and metal fabrications. We work for international FMCG brands and take every project from concept and design through to production, delivery, and installation.

We have state-of-the-art technologies in our factory: 5-axis CNC machines, laser cutting for wood and metal, UV printing, robotic painting, and 3D printing. We are ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certified and hold a European patent.

What you will do

• Take over projects from order confirmation and manage them through to delivery and installation, on time and with the quality agreed upon with the client
• Be the main client contact throughout the project, including in English, for international accounts
• Coordinate the teams involved in the project: design, production, procurement, logistics, and installation
• Build and track the project schedule (critical path, dependencies, resources) and report risks and delays in a timely manner
• Verify that the technical documentation (drawings, bills of materials, graphic specifications) is complete before launching into production
• Oversee samples and prototypes until their approval by the client
• Travel to clients, stores, and installation sites, wherever needed in the country
• Periodically report project status to management

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in advertising production, POSM, commercial furniture, or industrial production
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand production materials and technologies (wood, particle board/MDF, plastics, metal, printing)
• Category B driver's license
• Availability for travel within the country
• Be organized, take initiative, and see things through to completion. Communicate directly and not be afraid of tight deadlines
• Considered an advantage: experience with FMCG brands, knowledge of an ERP or a project management tool, basic CAD knowledge
