Project Manager - Privileged Access Management

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Project Manager - Privileged Access Management Responsibilities: * Support end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives in a complex banking environment * Act as a deputy to the Lead Project Manager and support overall project execution * Coordinate work across DevOps, Business, and other key stakeholder groups * Ensure project progress, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance standards * Support preparation of senior management reporting and decision-making materials * Drive change management activities and ensure clear communication across stakeholders * Track dependencies, risks, issues, and actions to ensure structured and timely delivery * Facilitate alignment between technical teams, business representatives, and executive stakeholders Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large-scale IT and/or banking projects * Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills * Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models * Knowledge of Privileged Access Management concepts and processes * Exposure to CyberArk or similar PAM tools * Experience with Jira * Ability to prepare executive-level reporting and decision materials * Structured execution mindset with strong ownership and follow-through * Ability to manage progress, risks, dependencies and mitigation actions * Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Nice to have: * Previous experience with PAM onboarding or access management transformation projects * Experience supporting Track Leads, Programme Managers or senior delivery owners * Background in cybersecurity, identity and access management or infrastructure-related projects * Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder banking environments Offer: * Private medical care * Co-financing for the sports card * Constant support of dedicated consultant * Employee referral program
