- Overseeing the entire project cycle: gathering business requirements, scheduling projects, collaborating with IT during implementation, collaborating with other business areas during testing and training, ensuring project stability after deployment;
- Overseeing the quality of completed projects and controlling costs and budgets within implemented projects;
- Coodinating work and overseeing timely completion of tasks within projects;
- Efficient cooperation with managers of other projects and business units of the Polsat Plus Group.

- The ability to non-conflict communication even when not everyone will support it - because people have conflicting interests, even with common goals;
- Very good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint) – because it will save time for more interesting tasks.
