We're proud to be exclusively partnering with a highly respected construction group in Perth to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Project Delivery team.
This is a pivotal role for a motivated construction professional who can take ownership across the end-to-end project lifecycle — from conception through to handover. You'll be leading teams, driving delivery, and ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple commercial construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects
Lead project programming, procurement, budgets, and stakeholder management
Build strong client, subcontractor, and consultant relationships
Drive compliance across safety, quality, and environmental standards
Mentor and support junior team members
What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven experience delivering medium-to-large-scale construction projects in Australia
✔ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and procurement
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to lead site teams and consultants with confidence
