About Position: A Scrum-focused Project Manager responsible for driving Agile delivery, coordinating Data Lake enhancements, and ensuring high-quality, efficient project execution. Role: Project Manager Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 10 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Understand the data landscape and technical deliverables for development/enhancement projects in the Data Lake. Work closely with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business requirements and develop a comprehensive project plan that aligns with strategic objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts, to ensure successful project execution. Ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with industry standards. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. What We're Looking For: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Experience working with Data Lakes and big data technologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is an asset.
