About the Company Our client is a leading global company specializing in custom packaging, crating, logistics, and supply chain solutions. With operations across North America, Asia, and Europe, our client specializes in delivering end-to-end services that protect high-value products and support efficient global distribution. About the Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to drive customer success and market penetration. Manage all aspects of customer accounts, from initial quoting through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, engineering, etc.) to ensure project success. * Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial quoting to final delivery. * Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues as they arise. * Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. * Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms. * Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency. * Travel to customer sites, as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering). * 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in packaging, logistics, or a related industry. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience with budgeting and financial management. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to travel, as needed.
