Which brings us to you.

Project Manager — The Integrator Who Makes Chaos Work

This isn’t project management inside a single service line or neatly packaged department.

You’ll manage cross-functional projects across SEO, lead generation, PR, accountants, legal, gaming, café operations, home services, and new ventures (including government tenders and North American expansions) .

A typical week may include:

Coordinating deliverables for an SEO campaign for a UK-based client

Aligning developers and designers across a new build for Pearl Lemon Games

Overseeing timelines for café branding rollouts

Managing proposals, onboarding workflows, and service deployment for new clients

Supporting productization of new initiatives inside Pearl Lemon MBA

Keeping everyone accountable — from writers to outreach teams to analysts

Projects move fast and hit deadlines

Teams communicate well, know their priorities, and stay unblocked

Clients get reporting, structure, and confidence

You make 10-person project chaos feel like 2-person harmony

You are the architect of execution. The conductor. The operator who lets the rest of the team do their best work.

What You Will Own

You won't be babysitting. You’ll be running things.

Build and manage project timelines, sprints, roadmaps, and workstreams

Track KPIs and deliverables across SEO, PR, sales, café, and internal projects

Orchestrate communications across remote teams in 4+ continents

Keep documentation, SOPs, and workflows updated (Pearl Lemon is big on process evolution)

Align content, SEO, dev, design, sales, and operations teams

Handle daily standups, weekly reviews, and milestone planning

Serve as the “central brain” who anticipates bottlenecks before they hit

Support onboarding (we use a formal onboarding system)

Maintain crystal-clear communication

Ensure client expectations match reality, and reality matches timelines

Test new tools, automations, dashboards, and PM frameworks

Introduce efficiencies (Pearl Lemon loves time-saving innovations)

Help launch new businesses inside the Pearl Lemon ecosystem

Required Skills & Experience

We care more about your mindset than your diplomas.

You’re right for this role if you:

Have 2–5+ years of project management or operations experience

Know how to run multiple projects without losing your cool

Love checklists, clarity, and communication

Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments

Can lead people without needing authority

Use tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Monday, or similar

Communicate clearly — written and spoken

Are proactive, not reactive

Are comfortable working remote with global teams

Bonus points if you’ve worked in agencies, startups, or diverse multi-brand environments.
