Project Manager - Payments (eChannels & Internet/Mobile)
Job description
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (Payments – eChannels & Internet/Mobile Banking) to lead end-to-end delivery of payments and digital channel initiatives. The role involves driving projects across internet banking, mobile banking, and digital payment platforms to enhance customer experience and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects across Payments, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking channels with a focus on innovation, process improvement, and quality assurance. Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Business stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed. Monitor and report project progress, milestones, and performance metrics. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of payments and digital channel initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
