Project Manager

Pacifica Continental is looking for a Project Manager to work with an organization that promotes social labor inclusion of people with disabilities in 14 countries in the region.

• Organize, manage and execute projects from start to finish with clients in Mexico in coordination with Operations Manager.

• Implement corresponding services and organize services that require intervention from other areas or providers.

• Serve as a point of contact, reference, and consultation for clients on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) topics.

• Provide ongoing consulting and advisory services to our clients to drive cultural change and process improvement for inclusion of people with disabilities.

• Accompany companies in detecting needs and opportunities to take new actions together.

• Seek innovation and creativity in project execution and deliverables from the Operations team.

• Detect areas for improvement in projects with our clients and client satisfaction.

• Ensure client loyalty.

• Prepare presentations and materials for good service development.

• Oversee the renewal of service contracts with active companies.
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing social projects from start to finish (desirable).

• Intermediate knowledge of English (desirable).

• Knowledge in diversity and inclusion (desirable).

• Experience working with startups (desirable).

• Experience working in corporate environments
