This role works closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, client stakeholders, governance leaders, and healthcare professionals to ensure successful implementation of Oracle solutions. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within budget delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Developing project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, sales teams, and client stakeholders • Managing project scope, timelines, and budgets • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues • Ensuring compliance with Oracle's policies and procedures • Collaborating with the customer to understand their needs and develop a tailored solution • Providing regular status updates to stakeholders • Maintaining accurate records of project progress and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is an asset.
