The company realizes projects for public and private clients, focusing on new and renovation constructions. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating building projects, ensuring a smooth site workflow, and overseeing subcontractors. You will also handle permit processing, budgeting, cost control, and site accounting, supported by our diligent team. Your collaboration with clients, authorities, architects, and high-rise designers will complete your demanding task portfolio. Requirements: You hold an education in masonry, carpentry, or architecture (m/f/d) and ideally have a further education as a certified construction manager, building technician, or equivalent (m/f/d).
