Position: Project Manager

Location: Noida/ Bangalore /Hyderbad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Oracle ERP applications to lead the end-to-end testing efforts for Oracle implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating test strategies, leading test teams, and ensuring the quality and performance of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for Oracle ERP projects (on-premise or cloud).
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across Oracle ERP modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, project managers, and end users.
• Manage the testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis to defect management and final sign-off.
• Oversee test case creation, execution, and automation efforts (if applicable).
• Drive test data management, test environment coordination, and risk-based testing.
• Track and report testing metrics, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers and coordinate with vendor/partner teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years in Oracle ERP testing (EBS and/or Fusion Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with modules such as Oracle Financials, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), HCM, or Projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or Oracle Test Manager.
• Knowledge of Oracle workflows, interfaces, and customizations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP testing.
• Exposure to test automation tools like Selenium, Oracle ATS, or OATS.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with data migration, security/role-based testing, or performance testing
