We are looking for an experienced developer to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Hamburg. We are seeking a full-time Project Manager - Operations & Development (m/w/d) who can work either on-site in Hamburg or remotely with travel readiness.

Heinemann, a leading global company in the travel retail market, and Casualfood, specialists in hospitality in the travel retail market, we combine our expertise and focus on small and medium-sized airports in Europe.

Qualifikation

This is your task:

As Project Manager Operations & Development (m/w/d), you will be responsible for developing, planning, steering, and implementing new concepts as well as shop projects and driving the further development of operational processes and strategic topics actively forward:

• Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Shop Projekten (Neubau-, Umbau- und Renovierung) als Project Lead and ensuring timely, budget-conform, and qualitative implementation
• Funktion as central interface between internal and external stakeholders (e.g. architects, contractors, airport partners, internal departments)
• Support for the Operations Team in identifying and implementing optimization projects
• Analysis and further development of operational processes and business operations
• Participation in cross-departmental projects to increase revenue and efficiency (e.g. developing gastronomic offerings, optimizing customer experience or quality management)
• Participation in the development of new shop concepts and further development of existing concepts as well as strategic overall orientation
• Participation in building up and further developing presence on site to steer and accompany ongoing projects

This is what you bring:

• Completed studies or equivalent training with an economic background or from the fields of trade, hospitality, or a related environment
• First relevant work experience (ca. 2+ years) in the operational field (trade or gastronomy) with professional or hierarchical leadership or in implementing building, retail, or hospitality projects
• Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Outstanding organizational skills, structured and independent working style, and a quick understanding ability
• High team orientation, communication strength, and a good sense for interface management as well as stakeholder coordination
• Analytical thinking ability and an eye for details and process optimizationBereitschaft to travel
