Project Manager – Operational Efficiency

Job description

As a Project Manager – Branch Operations Europe , you will play a central role in driving financial discipline and operational efficiency across AUTO1’s European purchasing markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Branch Operations EU, you will lead the governance and optimization of OPEX-related processes, ensuring transparency, control, and scalability across our network. You will: Develop and govern OPEX processes: Define, standardize, and oversee management frameworks for all operational expenses. Ensure process compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency. Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
