Project Manager - Offices and Engineering

***This is NOT an IT project position***

Position Overview

The PM must lead and manage office renovation projects, major upgrades, works on site with tenants, and infrastructure projects which will involve various specialty engineering disciplines, from the planning phase through completion and delivery to the client, meeting the goals and milestones of each project. Additionally, ensure effective communication, administrative follow-up, and continuous contact with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the project lifecycle from scope definition to execution and client delivery.
• Monitor all project phases and promptly address any changes in the original scope of services and their impact on the project timeline and budget.
• Continuously evaluate project needs and available resources to complete it successfully.
• Take preventive or corrective actions for the resolution of technical and administrative problems, as well as effectively communicate project deviations or requirements.
• Correctly document the project lifecycle.
• Act as a facilitator in communication and resolution of technical and administrative problems, ensuring project progress and the assignment of co-responsibilities with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: University degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering or related field, and Construction Management or MEP with a minimum of 5 years.

Competence and Skills: Management of multidisciplinary projects (Civil works, finishes, and MEP), effective communication, and decision-making.

Languages: Advanced English
