Project Manager

You’ll work closely with managers, engineers, platform developers, analysts, and external vendors to deliver a variety of digital and business improvement initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional project teams and take end-to-end ownership of projects across the full delivery lifecycle. Upcoming programmes of work include initiatives such as a GIS replacement, field tools, and records management system implementations. Key responsibilities include: - Defining scope and developing business case for each project; - Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; - Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration; - Managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle; - Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. You’ll also be responsible for: - Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders; - Identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks; - Collaborating with team members to resolve conflicts and improve processes; - Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.
