Growth
We are seeking reinforcement (Project Manager) for our currently three-person team Project & Process Management in Munich and will be full-time. You are an analytical person with a hands-on mentality and function as a translator of requirements from the business (many insurance topics) into the project and IT landscape.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Project Management: Planning, coordination, and implementation of projects that often affect interfaces between the insurance sector and IT.
• Process Optimization: Analysis and optimization of existing processes under consideration of the IT landscape
• Requirements Management: Gathering, documentation, and prioritization of requirements, translation into technical requirements, and close cooperation with the IT department of the parent company and our external software service providers for implementation
• Stakeholder Management: Close communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project goals and process improvements are in line with corporate objectives
• Change Management: Accompanying change processes, particularly when introducing new technologies and adapting existing systems to changed requirements
• Quality Management: Ensuring the quality of project and process implementations as well as compliance with standards and guidelines
• Dokumentation and Reporting: Preparation of status reports, documentation of project results, and tracking of milestones and KPIs

Qualification

Your Profile

• Completed studies or training in the field of Business Informatics, Business Administration, Insurance Business or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in project management (1-2 years), ideally in the insurance sector or IT industry
• Knowledge of process optimization and analysis as well as experience in dealing with various IT systems and projects
• Ideal knowledge of product knowledge in life insurance / bAV (nice to have)
• Very good communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues both technically and professionally
• Team orientation and a structured, solution-oriented working style
• Experience with common project management methods (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) as well as tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• Very good German and English (negotiation-safe)
