Job description
- Operative and strategic development of the Technology segment
- Development and expansion of the performance approach in the business models of the Technology area
- Conceptual consulting, operational support, and methodical accompaniment of Business Units and cross-functional departments
- Development and creation of concepts, business plans, potential analyses, and performance control models
- Leadership, accompaniment, and implementation of strategic and operational projects including monitoring and review
- Closely working together and aligning with adjacent departments as well as interfaces of any kind within the group
