Your tasks: Management of customer projects, particularly for Deutsche Bahn and other rail transport companies, from planning to successful commissioning
Taking over the responsibility for costs, time, and quality; Overview of the entire project management and central control of processes 
Main point of contact for customers and internal teams such as sales, contract management, technical project planning or assembly workers
Planning and monitoring of costs, deadlines, and risks in the projects you manage 
Responsible for fulfilling contractual agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction while considering economic viability 
Coordination of collaboration with subcontractors, external contractors, and other company units
Advising the sales team and bid team during the offer phase
Creating internal and external management reports 
You bring: Successful completion of a degree in business administration, economics, or engineering, ideally with a focus on project management, and relevant work experience in leading projects for customers, ideally with project certifications (e.g. IPMA Level C)
Experience in the field of signal and safety technology is advantageous but not necessarily required
Experience in managing a project team 
Structured and self-responsible working style
Readiness for national business trips for customer visits and site inspections (max. 1x/month)
English language skills for communication with international customers are advantageous
