Your New Challenge

For an internationally positioned company in the Pharma and Healthcare sector, we are looking for a Project Manager Business Solutions SAP SD (m/f/d).

In this role, you will assume a central interface function between business and IT and be responsible for business-critical SAP projects with a focus on Sales & Distribution (SAP SD / S/4HANA).

You will work internationally, manage internal and external stakeholders, and actively shape the further development of processes and system landscapes.

Especially exciting: In the SAP SD area, you will take on a high degree of professional responsibility and have a direct impact on international business processes and future system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of international IT and SAP projects
• Responsibility for SAP solutions with a focus on SAP SD and S/4HANA
• Support and further development of the IT landscape for the Sales & Distribution areas
• Translation of functional requirements into viable IT and solution concepts
• Management of the demand management process from requirement through review and approval to implementation
• Coordination and management of external system integrators and SAP service providers
• Commissioning of maintenance, customizing, further developments, and bug fixes
• Selection and management of external providers including effort, budget, and cost estimation
• Responsibility for stakeholder and change management within projects
• Support in harmonizing international business processes and systems
• Building close collaboration across countries, functions, and departments
• Evaluation of new technologies and advising internal stakeholders on suitable IT solutions
• Support in the further development of global templates, processes, and business solutions

Qualifications

What you bring

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable IT, SAP, or Business Solutions role
• Practical professional experience with SAP SD
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in complex corporate or group structures
• Very good understanding of the interface between business requirements and technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High service orientation and sense of responsibility
• Enjoy driving complex issues forward independently
• German at least B2
• English at least B2 / Business Level
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin regularly

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience as a Template Responsible or Scenario Owner
• Knowledge of project or change management methods, e.g., Scrum or PMP
• Knowledge of SAP MM
• Italian language skills
