Project Manager

MSA Mizar, in response to a significant increase in project activities, is seeking a new resource to be inserted into the Tech Projects & Delivery Area of Mizar Tech. What you will do in this role: You will be the protagonist on the front line in managing strategic projects for business development, collaborating with inter-functional teams and high-level stakeholders. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Launching and structuring projects: you will understand business dynamics to define times, actions, and resources; Developing project plans and schedules: you will create detailed plans and schedules for each project, taking into account the specific needs of each stakeholder; Coordinating with teams and stakeholders: you will work closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met; Monitoring and controlling project progress: you will monitor and control project progress, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions as needed. In addition, you will be responsible for: Managing budgets and resources: you will manage project budgets and resources, ensuring that they are used efficiently and effectively; Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures: you will ensure that all projects comply with company policies and procedures; Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders: you will develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the project's progress.
