The role involves end-to-end project ownership, coordination with stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including construction, engineering, procurement, and administration • Managing project risks, issues, and changes • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project objectives and deliverables • Providing regular progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
