Our values drive us to be a force for good in business and society. >>About this role As a Project Manager – Analytics (Civil Engineering), you will be responsible for leading projects related to digital government advisory services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Providing thought leadership and expertise in the area of digital government advisory services. >>What we are looking for We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager – Analytics (Civil Engineering) who has: • A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the area of digital government advisory services • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project. >>What we offer We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: • Salary: ₹ 25-35 lakhs per annum (depending on experience) • Bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary • Stock options: Eligible for stock options after one year of service • Medical insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance coverage • Leave: 20 days of paid leave per annum, plus national holidays • Professional development opportunities: Training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. >>How to apply If you are interested in this role, please submit your application through our website.
