IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING TASKS: - Lead and supervise the execution of IT projects, with a particular focus on technology-oriented projects. - Coordinate collaboration between development, infrastructure, maintenance, security, and architecture teams. - Participate in procurement processes related to IT services and solutions. - Coordinate the preparation and agreement of non-functional requirements, including those related to security, performance, capacity, and monitoring. - Prepare and supervise project budgets, schedules, and documentation. - Plan the work of the project team and monitor task execution. - Manage vendors and coordinate collaboration with technology partners. - Report work status to management and business stakeholders. - Manage risk, budget, schedule, and dependencies between projects and teams. - Support the implementation of technological changes in a large organization environment. EXPECTATIONS FROM CANDIDATES: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management. - Experience in executing complex technological projects. - Practical knowledge of corporate environments and projects implemented in large organizations. - Good knowledge of tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, Jira, Confluence. - Knowledge of cybersecurity, identity and access management, infrastructure protection, or compliance. - Very good understanding of technological issues and IT system architecture. - Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. - Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and business teams. - Experience in managing project budget, schedule, and risk. - Experience in collaborating with technology vendors and supervising the fulfillment of contractual obligations. - Ability to identify and coordinate dependencies between projects, teams, and technological components. NICE TO HAVE: - Higher technical education (computer science, automation, mathematics, econometrics, or related fields). - PMP, Prince2, AgilePM, SAFe certifications, or equivalent. - Experience in cybersecurity-related projects.
