Project Manager - Media Technology (m/w/d)

You manage as Project Manager – Media Technology worldwide broadcast and media projects, as well as internal projects. You work together with internal experts, consultants, and system architects to tackle technically complex projects where your management skills are particularly in demand. As an organizational talent and team player, you always keep track of deadlines, milestones, and budget and regularly coordinate with your team, customers, and external service providers. We are looking for individuals with very good language skills in German, English, and French for this position.

Your Tasks

• Project management, monitoring, and documentation of technological transformation and infrastructure projects in the fields of media, IT, and entertainment
• Definition and fulfillment of temporal, cost-related, and qualitative project goals
• Responsibility for project communication with customers, suppliers, and other project participants
• Cash flow and organizational processing in collaboration with sales and technology/system integration
• Assembling and leading project teams and external personnel
• Maintenance and operation of the used project management software (BlueAnt) and ERP system AP+ for reporting purposes
• Creation, updating, publication, and filing of relevant project documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio

Your Profile

• Completed technical degree or comparable training
• Knowledge in (agile) project management as well as proven long-term experience with technology projects
• Certifications in the field of project management (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) are desired
• Knowledge in topics such as PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2, and ITIL
• VOB knowledge is an advantage
• High communicative competence, negotiation, and presentation security
• Safe handling of project management software (e.g. MS Project) and office applications
• Travel readiness nationally and internationally
• Very good language skills in German, English, and French
