Tech Mechanical Experience: 15–20 years (Pharma Industry) Mandatory: Proven experience in Greenfield pharmaceutical projects Role Overview The Project Manager – Mechanical will be responsible for end-to-end execution of pharmaceutical projects with a strong focus on mechanical systems, utilities, and process equipment. The role requires hands-on expertise in greenfield/brownfield projects, including mechanical design, installation, commissioning, and validation. Key responsibilities include: • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks • Providing technical guidance and support to team members • Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including project status updates and financial performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, process equipment, and utilities in the pharmaceutical industry. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
