The Company
Our client is a leading professional services organisation undergoing significant transformation across systems, operations, and technology. They are seeking a skilled Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of business-critical initiatives with a strong business focus. This is a 12-month contract based in Melbourne CBD with a hybrid working environment.

The Role
As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business outcomes. Projects will include AI-driven initiatives, practice management system improvements, IT enhancements. With a clear business focus, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure delivery success and measurable benefits.

Responsibilities
* Manage full lifecycle delivery of business and technology projects
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and resourcing
* Lead change management, communications, and training activities to drive adoption
* Build and maintain relationships across internal teams and external partners
* Ensure strong governance, reporting, and benefits realisation
* Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the business

Candidate Experience
* Experience as a Project Manager, ideally within professional services
* Demonstrated success delivering projects in areas such as AI, practice management, IT infrastructure, or cyber security
* Commercial acumen and proven ability to deliver business-focused outcomes
