Our Promotion Team combines marketing, creativity, UX, and product logic to develop high-performance campaigns along the entire user journey. As part of the team, you'll work on promotions that win new customers, activate existing ones, and create experiences that stay in people's memories – data-driven, user-centered, and with a clear focus on impact and results.

Your Tasks

• You will oversee promotions from planning and conception to implementation and evaluation.
• You will translate strategic marketing goals and available benefits into effective, user-centered promotions.
• You are responsible for timing, dependencies, content quality, and the performance of promotions.
• You are the central point of contact for all topics related to planning, implementation, and execution of promotions.
• You coordinate internal and external stakeholders along the entire promotion process.
• You prepare stakeholder meetings, moderate them, and ensure a structured follow-up.
• You oversee Marketing Design-, Content- and Creative Teams in developing high-performance promotional communication.
• You ensure consistent, understandable, and user-centered implementation of all promotions.
• You analyze and report the performance of promotions based on defined KPIs.
• You lead learnings, best practices, and concrete optimization measures.
• You monitor market and competition trends and identify relevant use cases.

Your Profile

• You have experience in project and campaign management, ideally in the marketing or e-commerce field.
• You work structured and self-organized in process and requirements management.
• You bring sovereignty in stakeholder management and coordination of different interests.
• You have a basic understanding of UX design and user journeys (e.g. conversion, user guidance, friction points).
• You have an affinity for visual design as well as clear and address-oriented communication.
• You have a high level of organization, self-responsibility, and reliability.
• You bring team spirit and joy in collaboration with interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams.
• You have a clear, address-oriented communication style.
• You stand out through solution-oriented thinking and an extensive hands-on mentality.
• You have experience in reporting & analytics as well as handling KPIs.
• You possess very good German and English language skills (German at least C1, English at least B2, ideally C1).
