Project Manager

A leading Melbourne-based construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee an upcoming hospitality development in Airlie Beach, QLD. This is a permanent Melbourne based role with short-stay, fortnightly travel to Airlie Beach for site oversight - travel frequency and duration are open to discussion. Ongoing and existing work in Melbourne already secured.

You'll manage all planning, delivery and stakeholder coordination for a high-profile project, providing on-the-ground leadership during short, regular visits to Airlie Beach while being primarily Melbourne based. You'll work independently during site visits, supported by a strong head office team.

You're an experienced, dependable Project Manager with strong communication and leadership skills. You bring proven experience in commercial or hospitality builds and are comfortable managing a project that requires periodic interstate travel.
