Manpower Junior IT Project Manager (3-4 years of experience) Description of the post: We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience and advanced knowledge in IT to manage applications-related projects. You will work closely with an offshore team, ensuring coordination, tracking, and quality control of deliverables. Responsibilities: - Manage the complete project cycle (planning, tracking, reporting). - Coordinate internal and offshore teams. - Ensure communication between stakeholders and respect deadlines. - Identify risks and propose solutions. - Guarantee the quality of deliverables and respect standards. Profile sought: - 3 to 4 years of experience in IT project management. - Advanced knowledge in application technologies (ERP, CRM, or other systems). - Excellent communication and organization skills. - Mastery of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.). - Professional English (written and oral), coordination with the offshore being essential.
