As Project Manager Maintenance (m/w/d), you will take on the central role in coordinating all project-related activities in the area of strategic maintenance. You ensure that the go-live of maintenance for our new Flix fleet in Germany is timely.
You develop the maintenance organization together with your team and make sure that all stakeholders work towards a common goal: building a stable and reliable maintenance system for the new Flix fleet in Germany. Your decisions today will shape the reliable operation for millions of passengers in the future.

About the role

• Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehört die Koordination und termingerechte Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsprojekten
  
• Zudem ist du für den Aufbau und die Pflege von Projektstrukturen sowie Kommunikationsstrategien verantwortlich
• Du erstellst integrierte Termin- und Projektpläne und verfolgst diese nach
• Auch die Steuerung und Abstimmung mit externen Instandhaltungsdienstleistern obliegt dir
• Du baust Reporting- und Monitoring-Systeme zur Überwachung von Projektfortschritt und Qualität auf und stellst eine vollständige Dokumentation sowie Transparenz im Projekt sicher
• Du führst Kapazitätsstudien durch und leitest daraus Schlussfolgerungen sowie Maßnahmen ab
• Darüber hinaus konzipierst und implementierst du ein Warranty-Claim-Management

About you

• Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Zudem bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in kleinen bis mittelgroßen Projekten koordinierend und/oder leitend mit,  idealerweise in der Bahn-, Luftfahrt- oder Automotive-Branche
• Du kannst erste Instandhaltungserfahrung vorweisen
• Dich zeichnet eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen aus
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau), Spanischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
• Du arbeitest gerne in einem kleinen, dynamischen Team und hast Freude an ehrgeizigen Zielen
