Job Overview: The Project In-Charge is responsible for leading overall site execution of EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, safety adherence, and cost control. The role requires strong coordination between engineering, procurement, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth and efficient project progress. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Project Execution & Coordination Oversee day-to-day site activities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works; Ensure timely delivery of projects in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule; Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineering, procurement, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project progress. 2. Quality Control & Assurance Verify compliance with quality standards and procedures; Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality requirements; Identify and address any deviations or non-conformities promptly. 3. Safety Management Ensure implementation of safety policies, procedures, and regulations; Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions; Develop and implement safety training programs for site personnel. 4. Cost Control & Budgeting Monitor project expenses against budgeted amounts; Identify and address any cost overruns or variances promptly; Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms. 5. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, timely updates, and prompt issue resolution; Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
