The ideal candidate will have the task of coordinating, planning, and supervising all phases of projects, ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality standards. Main responsibilities: - Planning and coordination: Define objectives, deadlines, resources, and projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies; - Team management: Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams, facilitating communication and collaborative work; - Monitoring progress: Continuously monitor project progress through KPIs and reports, anticipating potential risks or criticalities; - Budget management: Plan and monitor costs associated with projects, ensuring compliance with assigned budgets; - Communication with stakeholders: Maintain constant dialogue with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring transparency and updating on project status; - Risk management: Identify and mitigate technical, organizational, or economic risks that could influence the success of the project; - Compliance and quality: Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with quality standards and sector regulations; - Reporting: Prepare periodic reports and detailed technical documentation for company direction and clients. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technological or industrial contexts; - Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PMP certifications); - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills; - Outstanding communication and relational skills, with negotiation abilities; - Ability to work in teams and manage stressful situations; - Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
