Project Manager/ Lead (Construction, EPC Projects)

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and implement project management strategies and processes. Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage project risks and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Review and approve design drawings and specifications. Contribute to the development of project schedules, resource allocation, and budget planning. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Develop and maintain effective relationships with project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Provide guidance and support to project team members as needed. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget. Ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables. Review and approve project reports, including progress reports, status reports, and final reports. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and executives. Develop and maintain effective communication plans for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, timelines, and budgets. Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
