Project Manager
Job description
The Project Manager:
- Controls and follows up on the contractual aspect of the project, both with clients and suppliers and subcontractors. This work includes purchases and production of contracts and amendments.
- Manges financially the project, both for income and expenses as well as monthly reporting (previsional management). This aspect is a main role of the Project Manager.
- Represents the company vis-à-vis third parties - in particular during construction meetings.
- Sets up the project planning (s) (advance, general, and purchases) and remains responsible for the overall project deadline.
- He exchanges information continuously to ensure that the conductor's commitments align financially and legally with the contracts.
- He maintains contractual and financial responsibility until final acceptance.
