Project Manager

The Project Manager:

1. Controls and follows up on the contractual aspect of the project, both with clients and suppliers and subcontractors. This work includes purchases and production of contracts and amendments.
2. Manges financially the project, both for income and expenses as well as monthly reporting (previsional management). This aspect is a main role of the Project Manager.
3. Represents the company vis-à-vis third parties - in particular during construction meetings.
4. Sets up the project planning (s) (advance, general, and purchases) and remains responsible for the overall project deadline.
5. He exchanges information continuously to ensure that the conductor's commitments align financially and legally with the contracts.
6. He maintains contractual and financial responsibility until final acceptance.
