Project Manager IT

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management IT.
• Experience in implementing software solutions or IT applications.
• Tech background that allows understanding of infrastructure, applications, and configurations.
• Experience in direct client relations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication, analysis, and decision-making skills.

• Oriented towards solutions and delivery, not just planning and reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously and take decisions.
• Comfort in technical and business discussions with the client.
• Determination to understand the product and work directly with it.

• Initiation and planning of projects (defining scope, budget, timeline, and resources).
• Developing project plan and assigning tasks to involved teams.
• Maintaining control over budget, costs, terms, and risks.
• Managing changes in scope according to the client and internal management.
• Closing projects: obtaining client acceptance, documentation, handover to support, and invoicing.
• Business consulting and client relations

• Direct interaction with the client for clarifying business and functional requirements.
• Translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Maintaining client expectations and supporting proposed solutions from our company.
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (technical teams, vendors, clients).
• Tech component – configuration

• Configuring software solutions (DMS / internal applications) through the administration interface, in accordance with established requirements.
• Making decisions regarding technical aspects of the project, based on licensing and contracted infrastructure.
• Verifying delivered functionality vs. promised functionality.
• Identifying requirements that require development and transmitting them to the Product Management team.
• Identifying and managing functional risks (bugs, configuration limitations etc.).
