Project Manager IT

It is precisely thanks to this strong expansion that we are looking for a Project Manager with a strong component of Functional Analysis, who acts as a liaison between the Business and the delivery team.

The person will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and formalizing business needs, ensuring the correct translation of requirements into implementable solutions and overseeing them throughout the initiative's lifecycle.

The role requires solid project management skills, a structured approach to requirements analysis, and strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and formalize Business Requirements.
• Interact with Business stakeholders to deepen, clarify, and refine needs and priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear, complete, and implementable functional requirements.
• Define and oversee the functional scope of initiatives.
• Define processes, operational flows, business rules, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Share requirements with the external delivery team and manage requests for clarification and further detail.
• Coordinate the cross-functional external team, monitoring its activities, progress, and deliverables.
• Verify the consistency of proposed solutions with business requirements and objectives.
• Oversee project scope, milestones, deliverables, quality, and timelines.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and potential deviations.
• Coordinate functional validation and User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities.
• Support the Business in validation, feedback, and acceptance activities for the solutions.
• Facilitate communication between Business, the delivery team, and other stakeholders involved in the initiative.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Functional Analysis roles, preferably in structured environments with management of external vendors/teams.
• Solid experience in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and operational guidelines for delivery teams.
• Experience in defining processes, flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and planning and monitoring activities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and coordination of cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of UAT and functional validation dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, and conflict management skills with technical and business interlocutors.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
