Project Manager IT Infrastructure (w/m/d) sought! Ref.Nr.: 4069

We are looking for a Project Manager (w/m/d) to support complex IT infrastructure projects in the public sector.

Tasks

• Project support in complex infrastructure and service projects with technical focus
• Scheduling and onboarding of new project team members
• Planning and organization of events in the area of CoE Project Management
• Project control regarding deadlines, milestones, costs, and quality assurance
• Coordination of dependencies, changes, and risks within the project planning
• Support to project leadership on special topics
• Maintenance and creation of project plans, status reports, protocols, communication lists, and representation rules
• Organization of regular communication (e.g. scheduling coordination) and management of the project space

Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science or IT education with at least 6 years of professional experience
• At least 4 years of experience in project management and PMO environment in the IT industry
• Certification in project management (e.g. IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SCRUM PSM/PSPO or PMI CAPM)
• Experience with classical and agile project management methods
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Jira, and SharePoint
• Experience in moderation, presentation, and event organization is an advantage
• Very good German language skills (C1 according to CEFR)
