Project Manager IT

We are the first Italian Cybersecurity company, certified as an Innovative SME, listed on the EGM stock exchange in Milan.

For the role in question, we are looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, organization, and management of the implementation activities of our solutions.

You will be the interface between the Development & Deploy team and our Clients. This, in order to plan and govern all the necessary activities for the installation and implementation of field solutions or the execution of specialized activities.

You are the right person if the organization of work - yours and others' - according to deadlines and work priorities is a must for you!

What will you be responsible for?

• Organizing and monitoring the implementation activities of projects at Clients in order to ensure their completion within the agreed timelines
• Defining a delivery plan, monitoring the progress of activities, adherence to timelines, and the quality agreed with the Client
• Proactively identifying potential risks or issues, sharing them with internal managers, and collaborating in defining mitigation actions
• Scheduling and managing periodic SAL / status updates with Clients and internal teams, and preparing supporting documentation
• Liaising with Clients to evaluate their customization requests and plan activities
• Understanding Client requirements and ensuring they are aligned with the Company's privacy and security prerogatives
• Defining project steps for all activities related to monitoring and GDPR compliance

What are we looking for in you?

• At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT field
• Ability to understand project flows and define plans, timelines, and milestones
• Excellent knowledge of IT, Network, and Security
• Good practical knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge of main Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of AGILE process methodologies and main project management/work management software - Agile Scrum, PMP certifications are considered a plus
