Project Manager Intune

Project Manager IT / Workplace & ITSM Transformation (10 ans) As part of the modernization of one of our client’s Workplace and ITSM services , the Project Manager Intune leads a cross-functional transformation program in a complex organizational and technical environment. The role is responsible for the governance, planning, and delivery of initiatives related to the digital workplace, including: migration of MDM solutions from Zenworks to Microsoft Intune ; integration and extension of the Workplace and ITSM services; development of a comprehensive roadmap for the modernization of the client’s Workplace and ITSM services; collaboration with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements; definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables; development of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation; coordination and management of cross-functional teams; monitoring and control of project progress; identification and mitigation of risks; reporting on project status and progress to stakeholders; ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITSM and Workplace services, as well as experience in leading complex transformation programs.
