To be successful you must have the following:
- Proven experience delivering commercial or industrial projects up to $20 million
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, procurement, and scheduling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to problem-solve, make informed decisions, and drive outcomes
- Solid knowledge of WHS, quality systems, and risk management
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or similar (preferred but not essential)
